Insurance Reimbursements

  • In most cases, dental and/or medical insurance does NOT cover the full cost of surgical care. Insurance is designed to reduce your cost but not eliminate is completely.
  • Please remember YOU are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Our staff will help to receive the maximum benefits available under your policy. At your request, we will complete you insurance forms at no charge.
  • If, prior to surgery, you would like to know exactly how much of your fee will be covered by your insurance policy, we will help you file a predetermination of benefits
