Andrew M. Ragona, D.D.S.

Dr. Ragona earned a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from Tufts University in 1959, a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Pennsylvania in 1963, and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New York University and Metropolitan Hospital.

He has served as president for both the Putnam County and the Greater Danbury Dental Societies. He was instrumental in starting the General Practice Residency at Danbury Hospital, serving the hospital as Chairman of the Department of Dentistry from 1977 to 1983.

Dr. Ragona is member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Connecticut Society of Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is board certified by the ABOMS.
